Come and enjoy judo!

We train every Monday and Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays). Come with a bottle of water, wearing sports clothing. We'll lend you a judo suit for your first class.

What should my child wear for their first judo class?

For their first session, comfortable sportswear like a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms is fine. We’ll provide a trial judo gi (uniform) for them to use during the class.

How do you ensure safety during classes?

Safety is our top priority. We group children by age and skill level to ensure they only train with peers of similar size and experience. Our qualified and experienced coaches follow strict safety protocols, and all techniques are taught in a controlled and supportive environment. Mats provide cushioning, and every session is carefully supervised.
