Simply fill out the form to reserve your first free judo class, and we’ll send you an introduction email with everything you need to know about your first session.
We train every Monday and Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays). Come with a bottle of water, wearing sports clothing. We'll lend you a judo suit for your trial session.

We offer classes for ages 5–6, 7–9, 10–11, and 12-16 year olds to suit all skill levels. Also, in 2025, we're coming with classes for 5-6 year olds!

Absolutely! Our coaches will keep an eye on newcomers and pair them with trusted and experienced judo players who are gentle and support new members through classes. Your child will first learn safe falling techniques and execute simple throws on others, ensuring they build confidence and skill right from the start.

For your first judo class, please wear comfortable bottoms and t-shirt and bring a bottle of water. Judo suit (gi) will be provided by our club for your trial session at no charge.
